Context is King: Agentic AI Rewrites Engineering

The breakthrough is the addition of a "context layer"—allowing AI agents to deeply understand the architecture, historical data, and specific environments of the software they manage, making human managers nearly obsolete in basic triage.

African tech talent has traditionally competed in the global outsourcing market by providing highly skilled, low-cost engineering labor. As fully contextual, autonomous Agentic workflows take over IT operations and basic coding tasks globally, the BPO tech outsourcing model in Ghana will be decimated.
