NVIDIA has disrupted both the AI and quantum spheres by launching "Ising," the world’s first family of open-source quantum AI models. Designed to drastically speed up quantum error-correction (up to 2.5x faster), this breakthrough bypasses the traditional bottleneck of unstable qubits, rapidly accelerating humanity's path toward practical, scalable quantum computing.
Quantum computing poses a severe, existential threat to all current forms of encryption—including those securing the Bank of Ghana and the Ghana.gov infrastructure. An open-source acceleration of quantum efficiency means this threat will arrive years ahead of schedule. Post-quantum cryptography is no longer a sci-fi buzzword; it is an urgent national security requirement.
